TP-Link Archer MR400 AC1200 Dual Band 4G
Hi,
Please note I don't know if the model, hardware version, firmware version I suggested are correct as I had to select one in order to post
I've recently bought from Amazon a TP-Link Archer MR400 AC1200 Dual Band 4G LTE router and have a problem.
After connecting devices to the router, they all say the connection have no internet. The router only has the power and WIFI symbols showing on top, though, there is no mobile signal strength lit up at all or any other light.
Any suggestions as to what I can try or is the unit faulty.

Hi, last night I double checked the sim card was pushed in enough and a few other items. Anyway, the internet is now working.

Hi,may I know the carrier name of your SIM card?

If still no internet access, please provide screenshot of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page.
To check hardware and firmware version, please go to Advanced->System Tools->Firmware Upgrade page.
