Why are you not resolving the bugs present in TP Link MR200. I had sent multiple emails stating the issue -  SIM Card Not detected but till now it didnot resolved.

Hi, please double check the hardware version on your MR200, is it V5.0 or V5.20? you could check it on the bottom label of the product itself.

 

Please also try the followings steps to see if the problem can be resolved:

1. Check SIM card status on Advanced->Status page, does it show No SIM Card?

2. Please unplug and reinsert the SIM card, make sure it is inserted properly

3. With SIM card inserted properly, please reboot the MR200 and check SIM card status on web interface again

4. Test the SIM card on other devices to make sure the SIM card itself works fine

5. Test other working SIM card on the MR200 to see if still no SIM card detected

 

In addition, may I know when and where you purchased this MR200? and the problem started happening since purchase or just recently?
