Powerlink not working

ISP : Virgin
I have had 3 of these for the last 6 months connected to my TVs and they worked fine until a couple of days ago. The lights have now gone out on 2 of them and they don't work. Thye are still making a high pitched sound but nothing else is happening. How can I resolve this?
