Am interested in the powerline networking.

How does a 3-port plug work? Does it act like a secondary router or hub connecting to our ISP's modem/router?

Also, is it possible to buy additional plugs (of the same model/type) to piggy back? Ie. I want 3 non-wifi plugs so 2 different bedrooms have wired internet access.
