Firmware Version: ?

Hi

I am having random drop outs of our internet connection via our Deco X60 mesh network (3 stations).

I have updated the firmware but it is still happening.

Any tips or suggestions?

Could they be faulty?

How can I monitor for drop outs?

  @RodH

Hi, There are some suggestions for your reference:

1. try to find whether any Deco would turn red during the disconnection.

--if all Deco units are solid green but the mobile clients are randomly disconnected, please change the following settings:

1. disable the "Mesh Technology" for these frequently disconnected devices.

2. turn off the 2.4ghz and check whether the Wi-Fi would get much more stable with only a 5Ghz connection.

For more details, please refer to this link:

What can I do if the internet connection is unstable or suddenly lost internet when connected to the Deco network?

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
