May I know what device you are using? like Xbox or PS4 etc.? and does it require to configure port forwarding etc.?
The M7200 works with SIM card, may I know the ISP of your SIM card? Please also try to insert the same SIM card into another 4G device or smartphone, then connect the same device to the phone hotspot to see if it has the same issue.
By the way, what is the hardware and firmware version of your M7200?

I am using a TP-Link M7200 MIFI, the ISP is Ethio Telecom (Ethiopia) after resetting the device I encountered a very slow connection with a 4G SIM card. Even I have tried using another SIM and still the problem has persisted. I think, the problem is with loosing an IPV 4 address. Could you any solution?
