Where is the other end of the Ethernet cable with the white plug connected to?
I suppose there must be a modem or router that was provided by your Internet Service Provider. Can you name its brand name and model number?
Furthermore, please post a screenshot of the Status page of your C50's configuration GUI that shows us the information for the "WAN" connection like shown in the example below.
