These are different HW version of the MR600 - that means some hardware components may have been changed as well as the FW revision.

It important when downloading the FW release that the HW version and FW region match with that on your device bottom sticker.

Otherwise you may receive an error message during the upgrade procedure.

TP-Link doesn't offer HW version changes description.

For the FW revisions you could see the modifications and bug fixes from the FW revision description - for example:
