Ping Spike When Gaming

Model: Archer MR600

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v0001.0

When playing online games using a wired connection ping is normally around 35 -50ms to the server .when someone starts streaming from a wifi device Tab or TV ping will spike every now and then to around 200-300ms causing lag in the game.Is there anyway to stop this from happening .
