Hi,

 

If the router doesn't even power on (none of the LEDs light up), then there is not so much you can do.

 

Just make sure the wall socket in which you plug the router's power adapter does actually have power and also verify the "Power ON/OFF" switch on the rear side of the router is in the ON position.
