MR400 upgrade firmware

I'm not able to upgrade the firmware, i tried a lot of times, but it doesn't work, why?
the router was wired by cable to my computer, i tried also with a wirelwss connwction

Hi, please double check the hardware version on the bottom label of the router itself, is it V4 or V4.20?
And which firmware you are trying to upgrade?

Hi, your current firmware is the latest firmware for MR400 V4.20, so there is no need to update the firmware.
