Ensure that the internet cable is connected to the BLUE port on the TP Link Router
Also have you logged into the TP Link router and checked it is seeing the internet connection on the blue port?
You can do this by connecting to the TP Link WiFi, look at your IP address and find the default gateway, it will be something like 192.168.0.1 Type this into a browser and open the TP Link router, check the status of the WAN port
ALso if you only want to use this for WiFi connection you could switch it to Access Point Mode. That way it will just connect to the network and work like a standard AP
