Is there a way to get the 3G/4G status data in JSON format, from the router, without logging in?

From the LAN interface only, not externally from LTE/WAN interface.

I am interested in the following data:

Ideally I would like the data in JSON format, so I can use them in my own scripts, for storing historical data, sending email alerts, displaying desktop notifications, so on and so forth. Maybe a nice python script would be ideal... or even a simple bash script would do just fine.
