Hi，did you bind the MR6400 to a TP-Link ID? If so, you could install Tether App to manage the router remotely after logging in the same TP-Link ID on the Tether App.

 

If you are not sure, please login the web interface locally, then go to Basic->TP-Link Cloud page, then try to login and bind your TP-Link ID.
