Very slow and instable Internet on Deco M9 Plus
I directly connected the M9 plus to the router.
I have a glass fiber connection of 200MB up and down.
On the router the speeds is indeed 200MB up and down, both on the LAN cable as on Wifi.
As soon as I switch to the M9 the speed is only 20MB.
I am only one meter away.
Even checked when connected directly with the LAN cable on te M9 and wifi turned off, not getting above 20MB
even worse on other linked Deco's in other places of the house.
Can you please help.

That means, wired link is good, but some Deco settings must be throttling traffic. Check the QoS value in Deco app and if it is less than 500, set it manually to 500. That might work. See Using QoS feature of Deco
Another option. If you run your ISP Router as a router (default mode, not in bridge mode, not in modem mode), there is an option you could try that should make speed problems go away. It is switching Deco to Access Point mode. In that mode, Deco does not manage traffic that passes through it: no throttling, no content filtering. Here is how: How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode

Hey
The speed test you are performing (20mb) is this via cable or wireless? If wireless this sounds like you could be connected on the 2.4ghz frequency and not the 5ghz. Check this on you device and if required run the network optimiser from the Deco App, see if that helps
Any details on the device, connection, cabling you can provide would help us also. No info is too much when diagnosing issues :)

With Deco M9 Plus, you can run "Test Internet Speed" from Deco app, which can be found under More. Not every Deco model has that feature, but M9 Plus does.
That will report the speed of physical connection between Main Deco and router, and all way to the Internet. Example from my home network:
If everything is fine on wired side between Main Deco, ISP Router, and Internet connection, this should report 200 Mbps speed for your home network.

I connect first with my laptop to the router of the ISP, then to the main Deco.
both with Wifi
I also witched off the 2.4 GHZ band, so only 5 Ghz is possibles
did the same test on cable with my laptop, same result.
It all started when I added the last three M9 to the network, I use M5 and M4 as well, total of 6 Deco's

yes I did this, see the result. So it is strange that When I put my laptop on the cable on the main deco (and switched off wifi on the laptop) I even not exceed 20 MB...
