Differences between V2 and V3 model

Hi, I saw there is a newer version of MR600 (v3) and I wanted to know what are the differences with the older model (v2)

Hi, Compared to MR600(EU) V2, MR600(EU) V3 has two main changes in the hardware.

Changed the SIM card slot from Micro to Nano SIM card slot, so there is no SIM card adapter in the package anymore.

Optimized the design of the external LTE antenna, the external antennas look different from the MR600, however, the external antennas are still detachable.
In software, MR600 V3 has added IPSec VPN on the official firmware, other functions of MR600(EU) V3 are the same as that of V2 including manual LTE band selection, OneMesh etc.

Regarding the hardware side, the new antennas have better reception? Or is it just a change in the design?

@Sunshine Thank you for your answer. Can you estimate when will the V3 model arrive at the vendors like Amazon? I would like to buy especially the V3 version because of the Nano SIM slot.

Hi, we technical support are not very sure about sales information, it is recommended to contact Amazon or other online store to confirm it.
Besides, if the online store doesn't show the hardware version, you could also confirm with the store before purchasing, sometimes, when new hardware version arrives, the store might still have some stock of previous versions, so it is better to confirm the possible hardware version before purchasing.
