Internet LED is green but mobile devices cobbect to new router but no internet connection. Any suggestions?

If the AX1500's Access Point mode doesn't work as expected, then you could try to completely reset the router via the option "Factory Restore" in the menu "Advanced" > "System" > "Backup & Restore". The router will re-boot as part of the Factory Restore and once it has booted up go directly to the Operation Mode menu and switch the AX1500 to Access Point Mode.
Then test again whether your mobile devices get Internet.
Thanks for the replies. I've decided to go another route, pardon the pun, as the AX1500 doesn't look like it has the range I was looking for. 2-3 bedrooms coverage is less than the headline advertising blurb implies.
