Connected to the device are two clients, 192.168.47.1 and 126.
Have setup Openvpn on 192.168.100.0/24.
Have telstra sim that allows real public address.
I can connect to the device over Vpn successfully. I can ping the device, but I can not ping the two clients. What am I doing wrong please ?

So you are able to connect the OpenVPN Server successfully, but the VPN Client is unable to ping the two client devices connected to MR600 network, right?
Please check if there is any firewall on the two client devices, try to disable firewall and test the ping again.
In addition, you are able to ping the LAN IP address of MR600 192.168.47.200 from the VPN Client, right?
