Hi, M7000 and M7200 both supports up to LTE CAT4, for software functions, the M7200 supports RNDIS which is to access internet via USB connection(for Windows system only such as Windows Vista/7/8/10), while M7000 doesn't support RNDIS.
So you could choose the product based on your need.
