Archer MR400 IPSec VPN
Hello,
I've just purchased an Archer MR400 (V4) and need to configure it as a VPN Client. The tplink website showed it is capable to do that, however in the configuration I only find OpenVPN and PPTP VPN. So it seems, in the V4 this feature is gone again. Anyone has an idea? Is there a firmware patch or beta firmware I could try to get IPSec going?
It's as bit strange tplink seems to not support IPSec any more in new system versions...
Any help is appreciated, really need to set this up to connect to my home network.
Thanks,
Mirko

We have a few of these devices to connect remote camera systems using the 4g simcard connection to our servers which operated perfectly, however we upgraded to the latest firmware on luckily only 2 of the devices to find out that the vpn client options are gone !! we where also unable to downgrade to the old working firmware. Can we have the client vpn options back again ? as stated the documentation still mentions that the option is available while it is not in the new firmware.
Can you send me the new or beta firmware ?
What was the reason to remove this option ?
