hi,

Does the MR600 and one similar which specifies 4G mean that it will work possibly to the maximum speeds without dsl or nbn etc?

V1 version:

V2 version - supposed to be the later version:

thanks

Hi,

1. Yes, the Archer MR600 is a 4G LTE CAT6 Router which could work with a SIM card directly to connect 3G/4G mobile network for internet access. However, the internet speed would depend on your ISP, 4G signal strength/quality etc.

2. Yes, you could also disable the WiFi network on MR600 to use Ethernet connection only.

In addition, please confirm the network type and band supported by your SIM card matches with the MR600 and your SIM card plan allows to work on 4G routers.

Here is the network type and bands supported by MR600 for your reference, you could also find it on specification page of the product on our website:

4G: FDD-LTE: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28 (2100/1800/850/2600/900/800/700 MHz)
TDD-LTE: B38/B40/B41 (2600/2300/2500 MHz)
3G: DC-HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS: B1/B5/B8 (2100/850/900 MHz)
