Genuine Firmware Upgrade AC3150 ?

Firmware Version: 2.1.0 0.9.1 v005f.0 Build 170927 Rel.57074n
When I log in to the AC3150 , I'm told there is a firmware upgrade available to me called "2.2.0 0.9.1 v005f.0 Build 220330 Rel.57074n" . But the support page for the AC3150 has no download for that version of firmware available . The latest version on the support page is Archer C3150(EU)_V2_170927 which is what I am running.
a) Is this a genuine upgrade ?
b) Why is it not on the product support page if it is ?
c) What am I getting out of updating to it , and if I choose not to will the product stop working at some point ?
