Hi, the default IP address of the MR6400 is 192.168.1.1, did you ever change its LAN IP address?

Besides, is internet working fine when you connect a computer to the MR6400? please check the IP address and default gateway of the computer when connected to MR6400:https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/838/

 

In addition, you could also try to reset the MR6400 to factory defaults: with the router powered on, press and hold the reset button for about 10s until power LED starts flashing, then please connect it again and check if you are able to login the web interface via 192.168.1.1 or tplinkmodem.net.
