Hello @GreenOS
Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the TP-Link community.
When there is no internet access on the WR940N after a reboot, please login to the router web interface page to confirm if there is still a WAN IP address, try to click Connect then Disconnect on the Internet page to confirm if that restores the connection.
If the Disconnect/Reconnect restores the connection, please save and send us the whole system log on the WR940N, we would like to investigate further. You can email support.forum@tp-link.com.
BTW, who is your ISP?
Nice to Meet You in Our TP-Link Community.
