Hi My Tp link Archer C54 did not support all 5ghz Bands While My ISP provided modem/router combo support all 5ghz Bands

That is correct. The Archer C54 does not support channels 52 - 64 and 100 - 140.
This is actually common for dual-band Wi-Fi routers in the lower price range, independent of the manufacturer.

I don't know what model and price your ISP-provided router is, but often ISP's will sell their routers at subsidized prices when signing up for a 1 or 2 year broadband Internet contract. So they might sell the router at an initial loss, but will make up for it with the 12 or 24 montly payments they will receive afterwards.
