Hello All,

Hoping someone can check whether this is normal or if there is something I can do to improve things....

Currently I have a tested 40Mb internet connection to the router. This is then Ethernet cabled into a TL-WPA8730KIT. Out the other end it is Ethernet cabled directly into my PC. However, when I do a internet speed test I'm only getting 7Mbs. TpPLC says the connection between the two devices is 120Mbps, so I'm confused the internet is not running faster.

I appreciate this might all be due to interference possibly and there is nothing I can do but is there any suggestions? If I got a a faster internet would it force more speed down the line because it is a percentage internet speed drop?

Thanks all in advance

@m4matteo I have exactly the same issue. I have a 200mb internet speed and have two 8030p 1300mb adaptors showing speeds of 200-300mb between them (how is that even possible ?) but my tested speed cabled to a laptop is around 10mb.
