Hello,

I use my nano router to connect my CCTV box to my  home wireless network using a wired connection.

Since my last broadband router reboot I've lost connection to the CCTV so I reset my nano router and tried to set it up again. However I can't seem to get it working.

If I wire it to my laptop and turn my WiFi off I can access the internet through the device but when I try to ping Google.com's IP in the Diagnostics page it times out.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Zak

  @Zak247

Could you please share some information how you've setup the TL-WR802N?

I guess you have set the operation mode to "Client".

What about LAN Type? Static IP or Smart IP? If Static IP, have you set an unused IP address that is in the same subnet as the main router?

Is DHCP enabled or disabled?
