Hi, when the Movistar SIM is inserted in the MR600, please reboot the MR600 with the SIM in, then check the SIM card status again on Status page, if it still shows No SIM card detected, please unplug the SIM card and plug it back in, if still the same, please save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log and send it to us.

 

By the way, since another Lebara SIM works fine with the same MR600, the hardware of the MR600 SIM card slot should be fine, please check if the Movistar SIM card is thinner than the Lebara SIM. And the Movistar SIM is a Nano SIM with a Micro SIM adapter or a Micro SIM? please also send us a picture of the Movistar SIM.
