Hi I followed all the instructions to set up my new mesh system but it didn't work. Can anyone help, I am with community fibre and my broadband works fine with my Linksys router but not with this new system.
Maybe you need to clone the MAC address of the Linksys router on Deco:
My ISP needs MAC address authentication to get internet service
Or you could connect a laptop directly to the ISP modem to see whether the PC is able to get internet service.
