Firmware Version: 3.17.1

i have the tp link tl-mr3220 wireless router. my router has many problems. if i connect device on any the lan ports, i cannot ping this device. my laptop cannot receive ip address from the dhcp server. the only access to device is possible over wireless but just from the device that i configure the tl-mr3220, but the others wireless acceses are not possible. i upgrade the firmware from wireless from the firmware version 3.15 to 3.17. can you help me?

Hi, could you please double check the model no. and hardware version? is it MR3220 or MR3420?

 

Besides, when you connect to it via WiFi, is internet working fine? and which working mode are you using? such as wireless router mode or 3G/4G Router mode etc.

Please share with us a detailed network topology with IP address of each device for analysis.

 

In addition, for wired client device, if you set static IP address, will it work?

  @Sunshine  device model tl-mr3220, hw 2.0, the device is det on wireless router mode. I can connect to wireless with my computer  from i configure tl-mr3220.the lan access is not possible, i cannot ping the device. If i set static address on wired client i can not access to internet
