I have the Deco app installed on my Galaxy S21 phone and a galaxy tablet. The phone works perfectly but on the tablet every couple of days it loses all the data and the only way to get it working is to delete and reinstall the app. It then works for a while and then the whole process repeats.

I know I can use the phone but the tablet is more convenient for the screen size etc

Any ideas?

To be completely honest this does sound more like an issue with your tablet and not specifically the app. If the app needs re-installed then its the tablet corrupting the install, the app doesn't actually store any info except your login, the device info is pulled dynamically once you open the app.
