Model: TL-PA8010P KIT
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Hi community, I currently have a TL-PA8010P powerline kit (AV1300). This currently provides connection for the TV.

My question is can I buy a powerline WiFi extender to mix into this kit?

ie can I get a single wifi unit to plug into an electrical socket in the area of my house that the WiFi doesn't reach? Taking its signal from the base unit by the router.

If so what unit would you suggest?

Foil faced insulation strikes again!

Many thanks, Rob

  @Flasharry

Hi,

Short answer - yes you can.

I do this using

TL_PA8033PKIT

TL-WPA8630P x 2

I think 8630P is no longer available but there are others that will do

eg TL-WPA8631P
