Have you subscribed to HomeShield Pro? Only those subscribed to HomeShield Pro can view the Online Traffic Ranking reports I believe.
You can check this thread also.
@Liverpool20 Thanks - I was not aware that it required a subscription. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that I noticed.
