Why I can't block someone with this blue icon via cloud, what does that blue symbol mean, that's not me, I'm not even in that place

Apparently, you cannot delete it. That is the device that owns the router, as he can login with your admin credentials.

 

You can check if that is your own phone which uses a private MAC.

  @Liverpool20 Yes Ive checked the MAC, I've even named that client and it's not mine, I'm not even there, and I know for sure who he is, and he has even no basic knowledge of internet, and I have another client with that blue symbol which can not be blocked
