Archer c20 has whitelist mode in parental controls. But I need Blocklist. 

Becuase my whitelist is too big. I don't have time to write 150+ sites name!

You can try using Access Control instead to restrict visiting a particular URLs.

Here's the Access Control configuration guide for Archer C20.
