I have a T3U Plus USB adapter, connecting to an Archer A7 router.  Running Windows 10 Pro 64bit.  After boot I show connected to 5g network, but the download speed is very poor:

I will then uninstall the T3U, and scan for new hardware.  Windows will install the device (appear to be the same drivers), and I reconnect to the same 5g network.  I then get

This connection will remain until I reboot or restart.  I have to do this on EVERY boot.
