Trying to update my firmware for TL-WA854RE (UK version).. (YES IT IS the correct model number.. I say this because this form doesn't recognize it ) and get the "CHECKSUM ERROR" as described by the threads for the 850 and 855 version, but there was no further update to that thread since 2020, and the threads are locked.

Firmware has been d/l from your site and is the correct version for my extender.

Has anyone managed to address this yet? or are we just expected to go and buy an updated version and send the old one to landfill?
