May I know the current firmware version of your Archer C60(US) V2?

 

For the high ping issue, please go to Advanced->Network->DHCP Server, set Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and Secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 to see if it helps.

 

If the problem happens, please let us know if it happens with wireless connection only, or both wired and wireless connections.
