Hi, do you mean mobile phone has no internet access when connected to WiFi of the MR6400? How about other client devices such as laptop?
If all the client devices have no internet access, please let us know your ISP name, whether you are using 3G/4G Router mode with a SIM card in it, and please also share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page.
