Bought the TP-Link AX11000 Tri-Band WiFi 6 Gaming Router to replace Linksys ea9300.

 

With the Linksys wireless to Xbox the Xbox was downloading at 150 Mb . ( I have gigabit internet service ) now with the TP link speed are like 35 Mb 

 

 

This router has serious slow speed issues . I'm going to need to return it on Monday if I don't get this resolved.  Ridiculous speeds I would get 650 Mb down from cell phone now it's 15 Mb down .

 

these speeds are tragic

Have you ever modified the QoS settings on the router? If yes, I guess you need to review all the setting parameters, just ensure you haven't mistakenly set the upload and download speed. Check this FAQ to disable it.
