Hi, we bought your Archer MR600 AC1200 4G+ Router not long ago. We used Micro SIM card to get the connection to wifi and it worked fine for only two days. Starting last Friday morning it doesn't work anymore. We got a message saying 'Non è stata rilevata nessuna SIM card' and 'Nessuna connensione internet'. We've tried 3 different SIM cards but none of them worked (they worked fine on the cellphones). Could you pls advise how to solve the problem? Or can I send the device somewhere to repair? I have wrote emails to Tech Support but no one responded me. The Live Chat online doesn't work either.

 

Salve, abbiamo acquistato il vostro router Archer MR600 AC1200 4G+ non molto tempo fa. Abbiamo utilizzato la scheda Micro SIM per ottenere la connessione al Wi-Fi e ha funzionato solo per due giorni. Da venerdì scorso non funzionava più. C'era un messaggio che diceva 'Non è stata rilevata nessuna SIM card' e 'Nessuna connensione internet'. Abbiamo provato 3 diverse schede SIM ma nessuna ha funzionato (di cui hanno funzionato bene sui cellulari). Mi può consigliare come risolvere il problema? O posso portare il dispositivo da qualche parte per la riparazione? Ho già scritto qualche email ma nessuno mi ha risposto, anche il Chat online non funzionava.

For the SIM card detecting issue, please try the following troubleshooting:

1. Try to reboot the MR600 when SIM card is inserted properly

2. Try to reset the MR600 by holding reset button for about 10s

 

If problem still exists, please contact the seller where you bought it to check warranty or try to call the hotline support in your country, you could check the contact information of local support team on the following website:
