Can my above router support cloud control so I can reboot it remotely via Tp-Link cloud?

Hi, sorry for that MR200 V4 doesn't support cloud management, thus we are unable to manage it remotely via Tether App.

If the WAN IP address on your MR200 V4 is a public IP address, you could enable remote web management, then use its public IP address to access its web interface remotely.
