But if I leave the option as AX in the settings. Internet speed will be very low.
I change it to AC it will be very high.

Do you mean the speed is high when you set the 5G mode on the AX73 to 802.11a/n/ac mixed (without ax)? And the speed is low when you choose 802.11a/n/ac/ax mixed?
Can you post a screenshot of the 5G wireless settings on the AX73?
Do you have any other devices that also connect to the 5G network, do they behave the same? You can try to modify the 5G channel on the AX73 to avoid some interference.
