I have a similar problem with the same KIT.

I have a 150 MBit connection to the provider. If I connect the Laptop directly on the modem I get 160 MBit. Then I connect the same Cat6 cable to the Powerline in the living room. In the working room I only get 100 MBit. And the TpPLC shows me about 400 MBit between the both Powerline adapters.

I hope someone will post a solution for this issue. 😇

Are you using WiFi to connect or ethernet and how far are your powerline adapters from each other?

This KIT has no WiFi. 🤔

Airline distance about 10 meters. But there is a distribution board between and they are on different circuits.

I spoke to tp link customer service. They mentioned that the speeds I am getting are normal.

Apparently it is normal to get 20% of the speeds that are mentioned on the tpPLC utility.

And it also depends on your electrical wiring.

I am getting 400mbps over wifi so might just get a WiFi card for pc and ditch the powerline. Best long term option would be to get proper ethernet connection from modem to pc.

After many, many test it came out it was the overhead light. They are halogen lamps.

If I turn them out I get a speed about 120 - 130 MBit. 😇
