Hi,

 

Could you please provide a few more details?

 

How exactly are you not able to connect?

 

Can you see the SSID of the TL-WR820N? (after a factory reset it should be something like "TP-Link_XXXX") 

 

The default Wi-Fi password should be visible on a sticker on the underside of the router.

 

Have you tried to access the router by connecting a computer via Ethernet cable to it?
