Model: M7200

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 3.0.3

Device is successfully setup in Bulgaria with roaming card with proper setp APN and enabled data roaming.
After arriving in USA it does not connect to any carrier.
The SIM card is covering USA it is active.
Do you have model or market limitation for devices for Bulgaria/EU to not to work in USA?

Hi, the M7200(EU) V3 supports the following network type and bands, you could also find it on our official website:

4G: FDD-LTE B1/B3/B7/B8/B20 (2100/1800/2600/900/800 MHz)
TDD-LTE B38/B40/B41 (2600/2300/2500 MHz)
3G: DC-HSPA+/HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS B1/B8 (2100/900 MHz)

As far as we know, the mobile ISPs in USA usually support different bands, which should be why the M7200 doesn't work in USA. To confirm it, you could also insert the SIM card into your phone and check which band your phone is using in USA:

Thanks for response, I have checked LTE4 bands and there are no any common between AT&T and TP-Link MIFI ;-(
