3 Hours ago both of them were 1000mbps and now the first one is 100mbps and i want to know why.And i need help how to put the first one at 1000mbps.

Refer to this thread and change the setting of the router's Internet port.
If you can't find teh setting in question in "Advanced > System Tool > System Parameters" try here:
If the issue persists change the cable that goes to that port with a new good Cat 5E/6 or higher.
If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue.
