My router restarts automatically multiple times in a day. Is it a product defent or technical problem?
Hi,
1. What is the current firmware version of your MR100?
2. Is there any trigger for the automatic rebooting? such as when a specific client device connects to it, or when you try to open a specific application or website?
3. Except for basic internet settings, is there any advanced functions enabled on your MR100?
4. Please make sure you are using the original power adapter and also try different wall sockets to see if problem still exists.
