Hello i need help, i was using this router normally but out of sudden the downspeed dropped to 24KB/s and cant go higher. I have 100 signal strength and i put my sim to mobile and there i have 15Mb/S but when i use it in router it is just 24KB/s and cant get it higher. Idk what happened. I have tried already differnet room for better signal but the result was the same. Idk where the problem can be rn.

Hi, please check network type and band on Advanced->Status page to see if it is still working on 4G or works on 3G, if it is using 3G now, please go to Advanced->Network->Internet page to change Network Type to 4G only to see if it will work on 4G.

 

By the way, since it was working fine before, did you contact the SIM card carrier to see if they made any changes on their end?

  @Sunshine hello I didn't contact the sim carrier cs I have tried the sim in mobile and in mobile the sim is working fine but only in the router it is working bad.

Hi, did you check or change the network type?

If it is already working on 4G but still so slow, please try to select different 4G bands manually to see if the speed will be better.
