I've been having this issue happen everyday for the last month or two. I will lose internet connection for 10-20 seconds and then it comes back, but it will interrupt me and disconnect me from calls, games, and work. Firmware is up to date and I don't see any issues coming from my modem's logs. I've reset to factory default and issue persists.
